Passion. Experience. Understanding.

Over the past nearly four decades I have been compiling a robust repertoire of skills and experiences. Throughout these years I have, in one capacity or another, been involved within the domain of HVAC. This path stemmed naturally from my time spent achieving a Certified Engineering Technologist accreditation in mechanical engineering. After college I had the privilege of working for multibillion dollar multinational corporations, small to medium sized businesses and owning and operating my own small company.

During this time I spent many nights and weekends working on learning. The fruits of my labour produced first an MBA and then a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA). My thesis and main area of concentration dealt with human collaboration. This area led me to a deeper understanding of the mechanics of human interactions and reactions. As such I hold a specialized insight into the dynamics at work regrading negotiation, conflict and successful collaboration between humans.

I am convinced that the time I have spent learning either through academic pursuits or from my vocational experiences can be of significant value to those who are actively involved in business currently. For that reason I have taken on the challenge of starting this upskilling business. I feel it is my responsibility and honor to pass on the ideas and concepts that I have synthesized through the act of study and the daily journey of living. My passion is to empower those who seek universal excellence through personal excellence. Living is learning.
